![]() But It has helped improve my life in a small but positive way. It’s by no means a life changing book, I’m yet to read one that is and don’t believe that should ever be the intention or goal. Now each morning as soon as I turn the shower handle I automatically reach for the floss adjacent to me and start flossing. ![]() As I do, I reach for the floss and floss my teeth. Each morning I turn the shower on and wait for it to warm up. I then used the habit stacking technique - stack it with another existing habit. So I bought floss sticks which make it that much more convenient to floss my teeth. Make the habit easy - I hate using floss tape it’s a small but unnecessary added step. As opposed to hiding it was in my vanity. Make the habit obvious - I placed floss on the bench so it was visible each morning as a cue and reminder. Obviously that’s a positive habit I wanted to reinforce so I used some of the principles as follows. I’ve always been notoriously inconsistent with flossing my teeth. for posts asking for advice regarding a certain plan of action Worked for them when getting disciplined. for posts where users want to share key information about what for posts discussing a particular method of getting disciplined. for posts asking for help with regards to getting disciplined for discussion of concepts relating to getting disciplined for questions regarding getting disciplined and improving your ![]() for any thoughts or discussion regarding the getdisciplined
